About Frank H. T. Rhodes

Professor Rhodes is the President Emeritus and Professor Emeritus of Geological Sciences at Cornell University. He was born in Warwickshire, England and attended the University of Birmingham. In addition to his academic pursuits, Rhodes is also interested in government issues — he was appointed a member of the National Science Board under President Reagan. He also served as a member of the President’s Educational Policy Advisory Committee under President Bush Sr.
